Please return Booking Form together with balance due to address below,  foru weeks prior to arrival.  By doing so you are in agreement of stated terms & conditions.

Cleaning the accommodation prior to departure is the responsibility of the occupiers, it should be left in the same state of cleanliness as at the start of your let, this includes cleaning of cooker, fridge etc.
There will be an extra charge of £50 for cleaning/breakage  if accommodation not left as agreed above. The property is strictly for two occupants unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
All breakages must be reported and with the exception of normal wear and tear, either be paid for or replaced.  Should the washing machine malfunction due to articles being left in pockets etc. an Hydro Electric call out charge will be the responsibility of the occupiers.
Personal items are at the occupiers own risk.
Entry time is after 16.00 on the day of arrival.
Accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 on the morning of departure.
The deposit is non returnable and would advise holiday insurance which will cover the eventuality of a cancellation.
The premises are strictly non smoking.
